Description
The RS Wavebound “Ride the waves, feel the freedom” package is a perfect 3-night, 4-day quick escape, artfully blending history with coastal relaxation. Upon arrival, you are transferred to the Sigiriya/Dambulla region. The afternoon immediately plunges you into culture, exploring the ancient wonders of Dambulla Cave Temple and climbing the magnificent Sigiriya Rock Fortress.
The first day concludes with an extraordinary experience: an evening jeep safari at Minneriya National Park. Here, you witness the famous “Gathering” of wild elephants, a truly moving natural spectacle. You then spend the night relaxing in the cultural heartland, preparing for an early start the next day to the hill country.
Day two is packed with diverse experiences. An early morning start takes you to Kandy to visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic and a Gem and Jewelry museum. En route to the southern coast, you stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. The afternoon is spent exploring the colonial charm of Galle Fort and enjoying a Hikkaduwa coral trip before relaxing on the beach.
Day three travels up the coast to Colombo, the commercial capital. Along the way, you stop at the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery and enjoy a rejuvenating Madu River boat safari with fish therapy. The evening is dedicated to exploring the economic hub, including a panoramic view of the Lotus Tower and walking through the vibrant Galle Face Green and Port City beach.
Your final day begins with a transfer to the scenic Negombo Beach. After a final Sri Lankan tourist lunch and a relaxing walk, you will be comfortably transferred to the Colombo airport, concluding your action-packed journey that provided a memorable glimpse of Sri Lanka’s cultural heart and its beautiful coastline.

- Travel to Dambulla / Sigiriya and check in to Sigiriya / Dambulla and relax for 2 hours
- After lunch at the Hotel, you will be exploring the historic and cultural sites at Dambulla
